  If you want to have an absolute “me time” visit this salon. They are amazingly good. Best experience ever in the last 11 years since I moved.
  From the warm welcoming to the thorough consultation and adorable girls taking care of refreshments and neck massage and foot massage.
  I had the best time there and got the most beautiful transformation with my haircut and hair colouring and straightening.
  Thank you all for making me feel so special.
  Your job worths a million to me. Shall see you guys soon. ❤️

  At first I felt really confident when I was talking with the hairdresser that did my hair. She was really informative and gave me a lot of advice. And was really nice. I came in for a wash/express deep treatment, trim and blow dry with a diffuser.
  
  The 5 minute scalp massage was extremely rough and not relaxing at all. Then it got worse when the hairdresser didn't know how to diffuse my hair properly. I left looking like I just got out of bed after a week of not washing my hair. I was very disappointed. Especially because I know I would of done a better job and have had other hairdresser's that knew what they were doing do a even better job. The only thing done properly today was the trim. And I feel like if your going to pay good money for a service by a professional, then it should be done properly by someone who knows what they're doing.
  (EDIT) Now that I'm home, I can see my hair wasn't even trimmed good properlyin some areas, still a lot of dead/dry ends. This just made everything worse and I'm in tears. I've now had two bad experiences from two different hairdresser's in past 6 months (one from this store and one from a different store in cranbrook) that did not know how to do curly hair. I feel really disheartened now. And hope I find a good hairdresser in Townsville soon.
  
  I don't recommend coming here if you have curly hair and want it diffused.
  
  Other than that the customer service was pretty good. I felt welcomed and enjoyed the hand scrub while I was waiting. They also offer a complimentary beverage and there's a lot you can choose from so I thought that was pretty good. However I will only be returning for trim if I come back in future.

  Amazing experience at this salon!
  We couldn’t believe the high service we received just to get a couple of blow waves done. Went above and beyond, complementary hand scrub and moisturizer while waiting for your hair stylist, blanket over you while you get your hair washed and omg the best head massage! Highly recommend

  Beautiful salon and the ladies are beyond lovely, my haircut and style were absolutely perfect. The whole experience was amazing down to the wash with a scalp massage and even a complimentary hand scrub and moisturise on arrival
