    The commitment and 'no excuse' attitude Ian and the trainers at Courage Training Centre have towards physical fitness and martial arts is a true insight to their unwavering involvement within both industries. Ian and all the trainers at Courage are very experienced and very knowledgeable in all fields they have to offer and are constantly striving to improve on these fields.
    The team at Courage also give you, through teaching you, the tools you need to live a happier, healthier, life.

    They also run a children's class that not only teaches children about martial arts, but also teaches them about respect and responsibility, which is a vital part of growing into a respectable young adult.

    Ian and the team have been coaching me for over a year and a half now and my performance and attitude, not only towards martial arts but life itself, has improved and is continuing to improve every week. I can honestly say I have never had a team quite like Ian's behind me, the support is unshakable!

    Such an amazing bunch of people run this place feel so welcomed!! I wouldn't train anywhere else!!

    I love the fact that they actually care Ian, Aden and Brooke care about their clients and what they want to achieve! If it was for these 3 I would not have jumped so many of my life hurdles. Thanks all!
