    Just had a private event function for my engagement party over the weekend.
    The service was great. We had 3 Lovely bartenders.
    While being a private event, I expected it to be closed off to the public but all night there was random people walking in and out of our space and even using the bar which disappointed us a bit.

    I cannot recommend the venue hire for Molly Malone’s more highly. Naomi was excellent to work with, and she made having my 30th there an absolute dream. Perfect relaxed North Queensland vibes but with some old school glamour in the upstairs area made it a night to remember! The bar staff were excellent, food was great and an overall painless booking process and communication with Naomi made it a stress free night. Pics below of this gorgeous space - apart from the balloons done by myself this was all done and organised by Naomi

    A friend and I went in there around the 22nd Aug 23. We had both had a couple of beers before going in and we're going to play a game of pool. For context were both seasoned drinkers, so a few beers is almost nothing, neither of us changed beers either.
    So I ordered us a beer each, 3rd for the night and after that neither my friend or myself have any recollection of the night, both sick as dogs for a few days later.
    So I either drugged myself, or the only other common denominator in the situation.

    Saw a few bands upstairs last week. Great pub with lots of different areas, an outdoor seating area on the street, inside seating near the main bar, a pool room and an upstairs room and balcony. I would love to go back and eat next time. The photos show the views from the balcony.
