- Tayler Waruhia Added March 14, 2021★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked a full day prior and was the second person in the place.. there were only 3 people but I was made to wait over half an hour with no explanation. Don’t recommend if you need GOOD attentive medical advice.
- Jamie DeMuth Added March 06, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Doctors consistently run behind. Waited an hour to see a doctor for a booked appointment and the receptionist said the Medicare card was invalid, sending us on a wild goose chase when they had actually spelled the name wrong in their computer.

The receptionist on duty on Australia Day was lovely. Polite, friendly and very professional.
The doctor was also very good too. - Gui Added February 23, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went there with low expectations, and although the reception could indeed improve, the doctor was very friendly and attentive. I had to get a vaccine booster and the nurse was very friendly and professional. It was a nice experience overall.

- Eric Cz Added July 04, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful, got turned away because they said my medicare card was not valid. Even though I have been using it without a problem for the past year. INCLUDING THEIR PRACTICE.
I ended up having to go home and call 'doctor to your door' who had no issues with my medicare card number. And sent a doctor to my house!
Truly awful... with no ****s given by the receptionist who even said "have a nice day" as I walked out the door in shock.
I will never go here again.
